Punem si ardei iute, in functie de cat iuti dorim sa fie muraturile. Mai punem si sfecla rosie, frunze de telina, cate o crenguta de busuioc si marar uscat. Nu conteaza cantitatile de legume si fructe, la urma vom turna saramura in functie de vasele in care punem muraturile. Vedeti ca eu am din toate, cate 1-2 kg. kPKT.
